We teach a blend of martial arts styles including judo, ju-jitsu, kenpo, muay-thai, kung-fu and boxing. We are located in the heart of the Glenwood Neighborhood at 1208 Grove St. We will be open for classes beginning the week of January 14th. Our initial schedule will be adult classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 7-9 pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
